Li, NeutralPoint Architects founder, has more than 20 years of healthcare experience. This Architectural maturity has brought to our company, the necessary skills, and mentorship to lead our projects to successful completion.
Li as NeutralPoint President has been exclusively working on Healthcare projects to better the function, flow, and performance of all departments within Hospitals and Medical Office Buildings.
Prior to Founding NeutralPoint LLC, Li participated as Healthcare Lead Project Architect and Project Manager in the design and construction of hundreds of successfully completed projects.
Since 2015, Li and the NeutralPoint team have worked and continue working on projects with Tenet Health, University of Miami Health system, Mount Sinai Medical center, and VA Hospitals.
Prior to founding NeutralPoint Li was the lead Architect in several other healthcare related projects such as; Hybrid OR Suites, CT Equipment replacements, MRIs, LINACs, Laboratories, ISO rooms, Dietary suites, Neuro Intensive Care Unit implementation (NICU), Critical Decision units, Life Safety Plans for Join Commission, Helipads, Central Energy plants, FEMA related projects such Window replacements, OR-CVICU-PACU suites, LDRPs, Sterile Processing Departments, Freestanding medical facilities, Behavioral health suites, and the whole gamut of hospital related projects.
